Allied Health (AH) Professionals focus more on prevention and recovery methods via non-pharmaceutical modalities. AH professionals undertake training within a specific field of health.

Holistic Health (HH) is an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health.

Physiotherapy

From the outset, we aim to provide you immediate relief from your symptoms (pain, stiffness, numbness etc) via Manual Therapy techniques.

We will also discuss and teach you strategies to prevent further injury and self-treatment methods. This includes a brief posture analysis and exercises.
