How We Can Help
We provide Allied Health services that support your goals for mobility, independence, and wellbeing, including:
Physiotherapy
For pain management, injury rehabilitation, strength and balance training, and long-term mobility support; ideal for neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
Exercise Therapy
Individually tailored to your condition and goals, with a focus on improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and functional movement for daily life
Massage Therapy
To relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, reduce stress, and support recovery; particularly helpful for pain, tightness, and fatigue
Plan review assessments
Including comprehensive therapy assessments for funding applications, progress updates, and detailed reports to support plan reviews or care plan renewal
Podiatry
For foot health, mobility, and prevention of complications such as pressure sores, nail issues, and skin breakdown; ideal for clients with diabetes, arthritis, or mobility challenges
Home Visits
Available for eligible clients who may have difficulty attending in-clinic appointments, ensuring continuity of care in the comfort of your home
