An invitation to meditate, self-heal, and raise positive energy for peace.

I was deeply inspired by the monks’ peace walk across America. Their presence, commitment, and message of peace moved me, and it sparked the idea for this gathering. I wanted to create a space where people could come together in meditation, reconnect with themselves, and contribute positive energy toward peace in the world.

That is why I am inviting you to join me for a Global Group Meditation for World Peace on Sunday 20 September 2026 from 1 PM to 3 PM.

This event is open to anyone who feels called to meditate, learn simple self-healing practices, regulate their energy, and be part of a collective intention for peace. My hope is that people from different towns, cities, and even countries can join together at the same time, creating a shared wave of calm, healing, and positive energy.

Why I Am Holding This Meditation

I believe meditation is one of the simplest and most powerful ways we can return to ourselves. When we slow down, breathe, and become present, we begin to calm the mind, regulate the body, and reconnect with something deeper.

When this is done in a group, the energy can become even more powerful.

My intention for this gathering is to bring people together not only for their own healing, but also for something beyond themselves — to offer peaceful energy into the world and contribute to a larger collective intention for world peace.

My hope is that this will be a meaningful experience of connection, stillness, and healing for everyone involved.

Prepare with My Meditation Class on 18 April 2026

If you would like to prepare before the September event, I will also be holding a meditation class on Saturday 18 April 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.

This class is designed to help people build a foundation in meditation, breathing, and self-regulation, so they can feel more comfortable and confident in their practice.

Date: Saturday 18 April 2026

Time: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM

Location: Sunshine Primary Health, 111 Durham Road Sunshine VIC

This is a great place to start if you are new to meditation, or if you simply want to reconnect with the basics before the larger world peace meditation.

How You Can Help

One of my hopes for this event is that others in different communities may also choose to meditate at the same time. Even if people are not physically in the same place, we can still be united through shared intention.

You can help by:

  • sharing this event with friends, family, or local meditation groups

  • inviting others to attend

  • donating to support the venue

  • organising your own local meditation session at the same time

The more people who join with sincere intention, the more powerful this collective offering can become.

What to Expect on the Day

The meditation will be simple and accessible. You do not need to have prior experience.

We will focus on practices such as:

  • mindful breathing

  • calming and centring the body

  • self-regulation and inner stillness

  • visualising peace and healing for the world

  • holding a shared intention of compassion, peace, and wellbeing

This will be a space where people can come as they are and simply take part.

A Personal Invitation

I would love for you to join me in this meditation for peace.

Whether you come to the class in April, the world peace meditation in September, or both, your presence matters. Each person who joins adds something meaningful to the whole.

This is an opportunity to care for yourself, connect with others, and contribute to a shared vision of healing and peace in the world.
