Treatment Philosophy
Hi, I’m Moses — a physiotherapist with a deep curiosity for how things connect and move, both within the body and in the world around us.

My approach blends hands-on therapy with guided movement, shaped by years of experience and a strong belief in the body’s ability to adapt and heal.

Each session begins by listening — to your story, your body, and the way they’ve shaped one another. I work with presence and care, helping you reconnect to the parts of yourself that may have been lost to injury, pain, or time.

Through movement, we rebuild confidence. Through stillness, we restore flow. No two people are the same — and I enjoy discovering the unique path each person takes toward healing.

Healing is a shared journey — and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My Connected Journey
Growing up in Darwin, I was always fascinated by how connected everything was. I remember watching the school buses glide through town — how they knew exactly where to stop, which street to turn down, and which suburb to drop each child in. The movement of traffic felt like choreography, unfolding in real time.
Darwin was small enough that you could see how everything fit together — streets leading to places, places linking to people. It all made sense. It all flowed. Everything had a part to play — and without one, the rest wouldn’t work.

At the time, I was just a curious child, wanting to somehow fit within this connectedness, not knowing where I would end up. But as I studied to become a physiotherapist, I realised my part: to heal and reconnect people to their lives — to what they had lost through time or pain. I realised that this way of seeing the world — through connections — never really left me.

I've come to believe that movement is one of our most powerful forms of connection. It links us to our bodies, our stories, and the people around us. What we do in our lives shapes our bodies — and our bodies, in turn, tell our stories.

Over the years, I’ve learned to understand these connections, blending hands-on therapy with guided exercises to help people reconnect with their bodies and rebuild what’s been affected by injury or illness.

Sometimes it’s about bringing back a part of their story — whether it's walking again or returning to work. I approach my work with optimism and a sense of exploration. No two bodies are the same, and I enjoy the process of discovering the stories within them.

Outside the clinic, I’m currently training for a half marathon — drawn by the challenge and the clarity that movement brings. I’m a curious person by nature, always learning more about physiotherapy and the world around me. I follow where the wind takes me, trusting the universe to guide the next step.

To me, physiotherapy isn't just about healing — it's about restoring flow, confidence, and joy in the way we move through life.
